A Very Banjo Christmas

The Easton Banjo Society performed a Christmas concert today at the Community Theater in downtown Fairfield to benefit Filmscool. It was a fun event filled with great music, singing and good old-fashioned Christmas spirit. Click here to watch a slideshow of the show.

Last night was the Bozzi's annual Christmas party featuring a visit from Santa. They are the most generous family I've ever known. Click here to watch a slideshow of the festivities.

I feel honored to have watched the funeral procession for Bridgeport Firefighter Michel Baik as it made it's way down Park Avenue to St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. Baik and fellow Firefighter Steven Velasquez both died in a house fire last weekend. The amount of people who showed up to pay their respects was extremely moving.
