I was at the CT Audubon Society in Fairfield today and photographed kids interacting with the resident animals. This little girl was mesmerized by the Bearded Dragon---she wouldn't budge from the side of his tank. I really felt that they were having a moment of connection--like when Harry Potter spoke Parseltongue to the snake at the zoo.
