I photographed an NAACP rally in front of Bridgeport's Police Department the other day. The gathering was a direct result of a shooting incident last week in which black man was running from a white cop who, in the end, shot and killed him. I'm not quite sure who was right and who was wrong because I wasn't there. I thought this photograph of a minister who was there sort of summed up the feeling of the entire event. I've never seen a group of people with so much hatred in their hearts. It was one of the toughest assignments I've covered in a long time.
